Zhitong Finance APP News, Yimingduo Biotech-B (01541.HK) announced that, in relation to the capital increase of RMB 50 million obtained by its subsidiary Yimingkaier Biomedical Technology (Shanghai). As of the date of this announcement, the capital increase and the relevant industrial and commercial registration procedures for the capital increase have been completed. The investor has completed payment of the consideration of RMB 50 million in accordance with the capital increase agreement. After the completion of the capital increase, the target company Yimingkaier Biomedical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is held by the Company, Jiaxing Changxin, Shengke Qihang, Xinjie Chuangyuan and Mr. Wang as to approximately 68.34%, 15.83%, 6.33%, 6.33% and 3.17% of the equity interests, respectively. Accordingly, the target company remains a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and its financial results continue to be consolidated into the Group's financial statements.
