Due to upstream water inflow, as of 8:00 AM on August 17, the water level at the Mohe station on the main stream of the Heilongjiang reached the warning level of 293.69 meters. According to the "National Major Rivers Flood Numbering List," this flood is designated as "Heilongjiang Flood No. 2 of 2026." All levels of flood prevention departments, relevant units along the river, and the general public are urged to enhance precautions and to be aware of safety measures.
