Recently, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism held a video meeting to address the heads of travel agencies with a high number of complaints across the province. The meeting reported on travel agencies ranked in the top 50 for complaints, including Kunming Ctrip Travel Agency Co., Ltd., Yunnan China Youth International Travel Service Co., Ltd., and Xishuangbanna Yicheng International Travel Agency Co., Ltd.
