After the strong earthquake in Colombia, the tourism industry in coffee-producing regions has been impacted.

Affected by the 7.5 magnitude earthquake, several tourist attractions, including coffee-themed parks in the province of Quindo, one of the core regions of the "Coffee Triangle," have been forced to close, causing significant impact on the local tourism industry. Currently, Colombia is in a four-day public holiday, during which the parks usually receive around 2,000 to 3,000 visitors each day. However, due to the earthquake, the coffee-themed parks have suspended operations, leading to numerous cancellations by tourists, and local businesses that rely on tourism have also been affected. As post-earthquake safety inspections and related assessments gradually progress, nearby merchants are hoping for the parks to reopen soon, wishing for the tourist flow impacted during the holiday to gradually recover.
