New Progress in the Joint Establishment of a Wealth Management Company by Four Banks in Sichuan: A Special Task Force Has Been Established

According to China Securities Golden Bull, there has been recent progress regarding the establishment of a wealth management company led by Sichuan Rural Commercial Bank in collaboration with Sichuan Bank, Chengdu Bank, and Chengdu Rural Commercial Bank: the preparatory work has now entered a substantive stage, a special working group has been formed, and all banks have selected key personnel to participate, with related work ongoing. It is understood that the self-managed wealth management of these banks currently focuses on maintaining stable scale, although some banks still experience a decline in scale. To meet the demand of wealth management clients within the banks, various institutions are actively expanding their wealth management agency business, forming a dual-channel strategy of "self-managed + agency."
