The National Marine Forecasting Center has upgraded the storm surge warning to orange at 16:00 today. Affected by Typhoon "White Dolphin," it is expected that from the afternoon of August 8 to the night of August 9, there will be a storm surge of 80 to 180 centimeters along the coast from Nantong, Jiangsu to Ningbo, Zhejiang; a storm surge of 150 to 320 centimeters along the coast from Taizhou to Wenzhou, Zhejiang; and a storm surge of 50 to 130 centimeters along the Fujian coast. The storm surge warning level for Ningbo and Taizhou in Zhejiang Province is orange.
