Meikaman Defense Robot's Hong Kong IPO has been filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued a record notification regarding the overseas issuance and listing of Meikaman Technology Co., Ltd. and the "full circulation" registration of its unlisted shares in China. The company plans to issue up to 27,479,850 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. A total of 32 shareholders of the company intend to convert their combined 89,924,180 unlisted shares in China into overseas listed shares and circulate them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
