The number of new drug launches has led the industry for several consecutive years. In the full year of 2025, JD Health's total revenue reached 73.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.3%, with annual active users reaching 218 million, maintaining its leadership in the pharmaceutical retail sector. This scale advantage has enabled JD Health to establish a service network that offers the longest user lifecycle and the widest coverage, creating a unique "medical testing, diagnosis, and medication" full-chain closed-loop capability in the industry. Currently, JD Health's service network covers millions of villages across the country.
