Xiexin Nengke: Xiexin Smart Energy plans to increase investment in Jiande, Zhejiang by 1.7 billion yuan.

Xiexin Energy Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xiexin Smart Energy Co., Ltd., plans to increase its subscribed capital contribution to its holding subsidiary, Zhejiang Jiande Xiexin Pumped Storage Co., Ltd., by 1.7 billion RMB. Other shareholders of Zhejiang Jiande, namely Jiande Xinan Tourism Investment Co., Ltd., intend to proportionally increase their subscribed capital contribution by 300 million RMB according to their shareholding ratios. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Zhejiang Jiande will increase from 500 million RMB to 2.5 billion RMB, and the company will remain the majority shareholder. This matter was approved at the tenth meeting of the ninth board of directors on August 7, 2026, and does not require submission to the company's shareholders' meeting for approval.
