KaiKai Industry: Authorized subsidiary to acquire 60% equity of Leisi Jingyi, transaction price 39.46 million yuan

KaiKai Industry Announcement: The company has previously authorized its wholly-owned subsidiary, Leixi Company, to acquire a total of 60% equity held by minority shareholders Zhongye Company and Wanxu Company of its holding subsidiary, Leixi Jingyi, via a private agreement. Recently, Leixi Company has signed equity transfer agreements with Zhongye Company and Wanxu Company, with the final transaction price set at 39.46 million yuan, below the assessed value of 47.386 million yuan. Upon completion of the acquisition, Leixi Jingyi will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leixi Company.
