New Leaf Co., Ltd.: Subsidiary signs framework procurement contract with Sinopec International.

Xinye Co., Ltd. announced that its subsidiary Baomo Environment recently signed a "Framework Procurement Contract Agreement for Chemical Products" with Sinopec International Co., Ltd., valid until August 20, 2027. Over the past three years, Baomo Environment has consistently supplied Type II polymerized acrylamide granules for oil extraction to various oil fields under Sinopec. Due to the uncertain allocation rules for supply shares and the fluctuation in actual supply volumes, it is currently impossible to estimate the impact of the contract on finances and operations; the final supply volume will be based on the actual orders issued by the bidder.
