World Chinese Media (00685) has completed the sale of its property in Canada.

Zhitong Finance APP News, World Chinese Media (00685) announced that on March 27, 2026, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Ming Pao Holdings (Canada) Limited entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the buyer Cyclone Range Hoods Inc, pursuant to which the seller agrees to sell, and the buyer agrees to purchase the property at a purchase price of CAD 9.9 million. The property, which includes land located at 1355 Huntingwood Drive, Toronto, Ontario, Canada (M1S3J1) and a single-story industrial building constructed on it, is the subject matter of the sale and purchase agreement.
