Huifeng Co., Ltd. announced that the company recently received the "Civil Ruling" delivered by the People's Court of Zhao County, Hebei Province, which decided to enforce the compulsory liquidation of its subsidiary, Ruikai Chemical. The company holds a 51.0044% stake in Ruikai Chemical. Previously, the company had been ordered to be dissolved by the court through first and second-instance judgments. The court accepted the application for compulsory liquidation starting from August 4, 2026. Ruikai Chemical has ceased operations and is not included in the consolidated financial statements; the liquidation will not have a significant adverse impact on the companys main business and daily operations. The company will cooperate with the liquidation work, and the value of the equity will be determined based on the liquidation results.
