The highest-level conference in the quantum field in mainland China was held in Shenzhen.

The three-day "5th CCF Quantum Computing Conference and Greater Bay Area Quantum Science Forum" opened on the 3rd in Shenzhen. This conference is the most prestigious annual comprehensive meeting in the quantum field in mainland China, bridging innovation and industrial chains. With the theme "Integrating Quantum and Intelligence, Beyond Intelligence with Quantum Computing," it is co-chaired by Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Turing Award winner Yao Qizhi and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and recipient of the National Supreme Science and Technology Award Xue Qikun. The event brought together nearly a thousand universities, research institutes, leading companies, startups, and venture capital institutions from China, with approximately 2,400 attendees. Participants will discuss cutting-edge achievements in quantum technology, promote deep integration of quantum technology innovation and industry innovation, and foster collaboration among industry, academia, and research.
