The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration have issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of New Power Systems." The plan proposes to strengthen the leadership of distribution network planning, promote the construction, transformation, and intelligent upgrades of distribution networks, enhance the coordination between municipal and county-level distribution network planning and new business layouts, and upgrade the intelligent control system of distribution networks. It aims to comprehensively improve the power supply guarantee capacity of distribution networks, strive to eliminate the risk of complete power outages in single-channel counties, and focus on addressing power supply quality issues such as transformer overload and severe low voltage.
