According to Tianyancha App, recently, China Nuclear Construction Investment Co., Ltd. experienced a business change, with its registered capital increased from 500 million RMB to 1 billion RMB. The company was established in November 2022, and its legal representative is Peng Xianwu. Its business scope includes investment management and engaging in investment activities with its own funds, among others. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by China National Nuclear Corporation.
