U.S. stocks surge | Chinese concept stocks in data centers rise. Kingsoft Cloud (KC.US) rises more than 6%.

According to the Wisdom Financial APP, on Monday, stocks in the data center concept rose across the board, with Kingsoft Cloud (KC.US), Century Internet (VNET.US) rising by over 6%, and Global Data Solutions (GDS.US) by over 4%. Morgan Stanley initiated coverage of Kingsoft Cloud for the first time on July 7, giving it a "hold" rating with a target price of $15.00. The firm positions Kingsoft Cloud as a "pure AI cloud concept stock," and sees it as the preferred target in the IT services and software sector in the Greater China region.
