Shenzhen City has extended the yellow alert for thunderstorms and strong winds to the eastern region, and lifted the yellow alert for thunderstorms and strong winds in Baoan District and Guangming District.

Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory will expand the yellow warning signal for thunderstorms and strong winds to Luohu District, Yantian District, Longgang District, Pingshan District, Dapeng New District, Dapeng Bay, and Daya Bay at 12:14 on July 21, 2026. It is expected that within 1-2 hours, the maximum gusts in the above-mentioned areas will reach level 8 or higher.
