On July 20, ZTT Electric announced that its controlling shareholder ZTT Group proposed to implement the mid-year dividend for 2026, distributing a cash dividend of 0.5 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, without issuing bonus shares or increasing capital reserves.
