Jin Di Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Boyuan Intelligent Drive has invested 50 million yuan in Dongguan Chenyu Precision Components Co., Ltd. through capital increase, holding 55.5556% equity of Chenyu Precision after the capital increase. Chenyu Precision's main business is metal parts products based on PM and MIM processes such as liquid cooling plates, connectors, gears, etc., which are used in server liquid cooling systems, energy storage and battery liquid cooling systems, and other fields. From January to June 2026, Chenyu Precision's operating income was 11.1692 million yuan, with a net loss of 1.6026 million yuan.
