Zhixin Finance APP news, Shengshi Technology (002990.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Shengxin Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shengxin Investment") plans to use its own funds of 50 million yuan to subscribe for an additional registered capital of 42,336.97 yuan for Chengdu Ideal Realm Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ideal Realm"), holding 2.5% of the equity of Ideal Realm after the capital increase. As of the date of the announcement, Shengxin Investment has signed a "Capital Increase Agreement" with Ideal Realm and its controlling shareholders, and plans to sign an "Investment Agreement" with related parties.
