Hainan Wanning denies the "15 billion yuan film and television base landed": it is not included in project reserves, without any land or planning arrangements.

On July 16, the Wanning Municipal Bureau of Commerce issued a clarification announcement, stating that recent online information stating that the "Shenzhou Film and Television Park shooting base project with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan has landed in our city" and other related information are all false propaganda and misinformation. The so-called "film and television park" project mentioned online has not been included in the project reserves, and there are no land use or planning arrangements.
