Yuanbao and Jingdong AI Agent officially integrate with the mini-program ecosystem.

Tencent announced that Yuobao and JD AI Agent have connected their mini-program ecosystems. Now, when users search or inquire about product-related information within Yuobao, they will not only get rich content such as product details, parameter comparisons, and usage suggestions, but they will also intelligently match product cards in the responses. By clicking on these product cards, users can easily jump to the JD shopping mini-program, seamlessly transitioning from "information inquiry" to "shopping and placing an order" within the conversation. It is reported that this new feature covers a wide range of categories including digital electronics, home appliances, clothing and shoes, beauty and personal care, and fresh food. When users ask about product models, compare parameters of different brands, or inquire about products within a specific price range, Yuobao will integrate authoritative information and JD product data to display key information such as images, names, and prices in card format, allowing users to easily navigate to the JD shopping mini-program interface with just a click. The entire process can be completed within Yuobao without the need to leave the conversation or manually copy and search, achieving a seamless transition from "information acquisition" to "service access."
