On July 15th, three plots of land in Nanjing were auctioned off, with a total land area of 118,981.96 square meters, a total planned construction area of 203,278.11 square meters, and a total starting price of 3.936 billion yuan. In the end, the residential land in Jiande District was won by a joint venture of China Merchants Shekou and Nanjing Transportation Group for a total price of 2.998 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 34,415 yuan/square meter, a premium rate of 7.07%; the other two plots in Jiangbei New District were sold at the base price. The total transaction amount for the three plots of land was 4.134 billion yuan.
