Typhoon "Bavi" makes landfall, most counties and cities in Taiwan suspend classes and work.

Typhoon No. 9 "Bavi" made landfall in northeastern Taiwan early on the 11th, affecting areas north of Changhua, Nantou, the eastern part of Taiwan, and Matsu. The Taiwan meteorological department had previously issued consecutive typhoon warnings for both sea and land, and issued special reports for extremely heavy rainfall in multiple counties and cities. Currently, only Taitung County and Kinmen County are operating normally.
