On July 3rd, the Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television, and Sports Bureau of Sanya City issued a notice regarding the temporary closure of mountain, sea, and air scenic areas: According to the deployment of the city's Flood Control Command, in order to ensure the safety of tourists, all mountain, sea, and air scenic areas in the city will be temporarily closed before 12:00 on July 3rd to evacuate tourists and implement flood and wind control. Dadonghai Tourist Resort closed its beaches and sea areas to the public from 11:00 p.m. on July 2nd. Luhuitou Park in Sanya will temporarily close from 8:00 a.m. on July 3rd. The Phoenix Ridge Hai Shi Shan Meng Scenic Area in Sanya will suspend operations from 9:00 a.m. on July 3rd. The Experience Projects in the Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Tourist Area, including the Over River Dragon Suspension Bridge, Leaping Rainforest, High-altitude Zip Line, All-Sea View Glass Suspension Bridge, and All-Terrain Vehicle, will be suspended from July 3rd. Sanya West Island Marine Cultural Tourist Area will be closed on July 3rd. Wuzhizhou Island Tourist Area will be closed on July 3rd. Hai Chong Surfing Tourist Area will suspend the opening of beach areas and all sea-related tourist projects from 8:25 on July 3rd. The swimming areas and water projects at Yalong Bay Coastal Bathing Beach were completely closed from 5:00 p.m. on July 2nd, prohibiting swimming, diving, motorboats, and all sea-related activities; the parking lot at the coastal bathing beach has been closed. The Bougainvillea Science and Technology Park has been closed.
