Guotai Junan Securities: A new round of bull market in China's stock market is opening, focusing on technology and manufacturing sectors.

Guotai Junan Securities released a research report stating that with the uncertainty decreasing, growth expectations being revised upwards, and incremental market entry resonating, the Chinese stock market is expected to open a new round of upward window in the future. The bank believes that after a brief "shower", the Chinese market will perform well in the third quarter and is expected to reach new highs. Looking at the logic of the technology sector from the perspectives of liquidity, prosperity, and valuation, it remains solid and is still the main focus of the market. It is optimistic about technology, manufacturing, as well as securities/banking, and some traditional sectors are also expected to recover.
