miHoYo establishes two new technology companies, both with AI-related businesses.

According to the enterprise investigation app, Shanghai Mihayou Zhengzhicheng Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Mihayou Shuju Technology Co., Ltd. were recently established with a registered capital of 10 million yuan each. Their business scopes both include the development of artificial intelligence application software; development of network and information security software; development of digital cultural and creative software; and digital cultural and creative content application services, etc. Shareholding penetration of corporate information showed that both companies are wholly-owned by Shanghai Mihayou Network Technology Co., Ltd.
