According to the Tianyancha App, on June 26th, Dalian Wanda Commercial Management Group Co., Ltd. underwent a business change. Zhang Chunyuan resigned as the legal representative, chairman, and manager, and was succeeded by Chen Hongtao. The company was established in September 2002 with a registered capital of approximately 27.16 billion RMB. Its business scope includes comprehensive commercial complex management services, non-residential real estate leasing, property management, etc., with Dalian Wanda Group Co., Ltd., Wang Jianlin, Tencent Mobility Limited, among others, holding shares in the company.
