The case process information shows that the company had previously been enforced over 2.1 billion yuan for this case. Wuhan Jidu Automobile Service Co., Ltd. was established in December 2022 with a registered capital of 1.5 billion yuan. Its business scope includes the sale of new energy vehicles, automobile sales, sales of automobile decoration supplies, and manufacturing of automobile decoration supplies, and it is wholly owned by Jidu Technology Co., Ltd.
