According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, in order to further implement the requirements of the "Opinions on Strengthening the Supervision of Food Safety Chain" issued by the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council, recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued a notice to deploy the expansion and improvement of the "Blue Army" food sampling quality enhancement action. It mentions organizing the "Blue Army" team to thoroughly investigate food safety risks, promote the resolution of industry risks; deepen food safety risk warnings, promote the improvement of regulatory efficiency; conduct research on food supplementary inspection methods, food rapid detection methods, and the list of non-food substances that may be added to food, promote the construction of a scientific, complete, and practical food safety standard system; In response to regional food safety risks discovered during the "Blue Army" operation, use means such as "three documents and one letter" to promote the effectiveness of local food safety management responsibilities; regularly carry out food safety popularization and interpretation and other propaganda guidance work to enhance the level of social governance.
