Huizhou Intelligent wholly-owned subsidiary strategically invested in Virtual Time Technology.

On June 30, Huizhou Intelligent announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Huizhou Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., has completed a strategic investment in Beijing Virtual Time Technology Co., Ltd. Huizhou Intelligent stated that the group will further integrate the entire chain of "real data collection - simulation generation - data enhancement - model training - scenario implementation"; and also initiate a long-term recruitment plan for high-end technical talents.
