On June 27, according to the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the AIIB, as an anchor investor, recently subscribed to 50 million US dollars of the 200 million US dollar bond issued by China Education Group Holdings Limited. It is reported that this issuance is the first senior unsecured US dollar bond issued by a private higher education enterprise in China with independent credit, and the subscription multiple reached as high as 4.35 times.
