The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Koweit (603486.SH) has announced that its affiliated company, Shanghai Xiagong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xiagong Intelligent", stock code: 06106.HK), will be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 24, 2026. Xiagong Intelligent will globally issue 10,497,300 shares of common stock (H shares) at an issue price of HK$101.60 per share.
