Yuexiu Property (00123.HK) has been granted a revolving loan financing of HK $550 million.

Zhitan Finance APP News, Yuexiu Real Estate (00123.HK) announced that on June 25, 2026, the company (as the borrower) entered into a financing agreement with a bank (the lender), under which the lender provided a revolving loan financing of HK$550 million (or its equivalent in RMB) under the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, with a loan term of 364 days from the date of the financing agreement.
