ST Huilun: Electing Xing Yue as company chairman.

ST Hui Lun announced on June 25th that the company held the 11th meeting of the fifth board of directors on June 24th, 2026, electing Xing Yue as the chairman of the fifth board of directors. From the day Xing Yue was elected as chairman of the company, Zhao Jianhua will no longer serve as chairman of the company. According to the company's articles of association, the legal representative of the company will be changed from Zhao Jianhua to Xing Yue.
