IntelliFinance News, Guanzhong Ecological (300948.SZ) announced that on June 23, 2026, the company's controlling shareholder Hangzhou Deep Blue Whale Artificial Intelligence Technology Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Deep Blue Whale") and the company's shareholder Qingdao Guanzhong Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guanzhong Investment") and its concerted action person Li Chunlin, Xu Jianping signed the "Second Stage Target Share Transfer Agreement", agreeing that Guanzhong Investment intends to transfer to Deep Blue Whale the 8.25 million shares held by the company, accounting for 5.02% of the company's total share capital, at a transfer price of 22 yuan per share, with a transfer price of 182 million yuan.
