According to the China Fortune Financial News APP, Xinjiang Construction & Investment (002941.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Yiwu County Urban Construction Investment Management Co., Ltd. to establish a holding subsidiary named "Xinjiang Construction & Investment (Hami) Construction Development Co., Ltd." (tentative name, referred to as the "holding subsidiary"), jointly exploring the construction market in Yiwu County and its surrounding areas. The registered capital of the holding subsidiary is 40 million yuan, of which the company will invest 20.4 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 51% of the registered capital.
