YJ Technology has launched a 40A 1500V high-voltage PTC chip. The current product is entering the automotive certification stage.

According to news from Yangjie Technology, based on insights into the penetration trend of 800V high-voltage platforms into mid-to-low-end vehicle models and the pain points of PTC application, Yangjie Technology has customized and developed a 40A 1500V high-voltage PTC series product that achieves the optimal balance between vehicle regulation reliability, voltage stress, and overall cost. The company stated that this series of products fills the current market gap in high-voltage chip solutions. The products are currently in the vehicle regulation certification stage, with the first batch of 168h vehicle regulation reliability already passed and ready for sampling.
