Due to the leakage of employee data, Meta has paused its internal AI training program.

Meta has temporarily suspended its internal artificial intelligence training program because employees' private conversations, performance data, and text records were leaked company-wide. The incident was rated as a severity level 2, with severity levels ranging from 0 to 5, where 0 is the most severe. In April of this year, Meta announced the AI training project called the Model Capability Program. This project collects employees' keyboard inputs, mouse operation trajectory data to iteratively optimize their in-house artificial intelligence models.
