SpaceX stated in the documents that it has initiated the first issuance of senior unsecured bonds, and the specific issuance will depend on market conditions and other factors. The documents also added that these bonds are unsecured and are on an equal footing with all current and future non-senior debts, liabilities, and other payment obligations of the company.
