Jida Zhengyuan announced that Shanghai Yunxin Innovation Investment Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding 9.51% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by a total of 3% of the total share capital of the company from July 8, 2026 to October 7, 2026 due to its own capital planning needs. Among them, block trading shall not exceed 2%, and the transferee shall not reduce its holdings within six months; and the concentrated bidding shall not exceed 1%. This reduction will not result in a change in the company's controlling interest and will have no adverse effect on the company's operations.
