The first national artificial intelligence-empowered trial base for the steel industry in the metallurgy field has been launched.

The national artificial intelligence-enabled steel industry application test base has been launched in Nanjing, Jiangsu, which is also the first national-level artificial intelligence test platform in the metallurgical field in China, injecting new momentum into the transformation of the steel industry. The national artificial intelligence-enabled steel industry application test base is a nationwide industrial innovation platform and application common platform covering the steel industry, focusing on industry high-quality data sets, concept verification and test system, AI toolset and industry large models tasks, building an innovative ecosystem of "AI + steel". The base focuses on solving common key issues in the deep application of AI in the industry, significantly improving industry data quality, greatly reducing industry model training costs, promoting large-scale test experiments and scenario verification, and comprehensively reducing industry application thresholds.
