(00902.HK) announced that Mr. Xia Qing, the current independent non-executive director, is about to complete six years of consecutive tenure as an independent non-executive director of the company. According to the provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies," which stipulates that independent directors shall not serve for more than six consecutive years, Mr. Xia Qing submitted a written resignation report to the company's board of directors on June 15, 2026, resigning from the position of independent non-executive director of the company. He also resigned from his positions as chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, member of the Board of Directors' Strategic Committee, and member of the Board of Directors' Audit Committee.
