Tianyancha App shows that recently, Puzi Media Technology Co., Ltd. has undergone a change in its business registration, with the original shareholder, Shenzhen Tencent Entrepreneurship Base Development Co., Ltd., withdrawing. The company was established in February 2015 with a registered capital of approximately 33.33 million RMB. Its legal representative is Li Hualin, and its business scope includes research and development of internet technology, computer technology, and technical services. Currently, Puzi Media Entertainment Production Company and Li Hualin jointly hold shares in the company.
