The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Jida Zhengyuan (003029.SZ) issued an announcement. The company's shareholder Shanghai Yunxin Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai Yunxin") plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of the total share capital of the company within three months from the date of the announcement (i.e. from July 8, 2026 to October 7, 2026), with a total amount not exceeding 5.8086 million shares.
