The term sheet indicates that Tencent plans to issue US dollar bonds with the following price guidance: the yield on the 10-year bonds is approximately 80 basis points higher than US Treasury bonds, and the yield on the 20-year bonds is about 90 basis points higher than US Treasury bonds.
