Addressing the overseas demand for artificial intelligence scenarios, relying on the efficient, convenient, and secure cross-border data mechanism of Hainan Free Trade Port, support enterprises to expand sovereign large-scale model research and development applications, AI algorithm training, and vertical high-quality data set construction businesses. Expand cross-border application of industry data, construct a trustworthy space for the automotive industry data, promote the landing of cross-border services for intelligent connected cars; support Wenchang International Aerospace City to create an international satellite data processing trade zone based on the cross-border data channel of Hainan Free Trade Port, accelerate the international application of high-resolution satellite remote sensing data. Vigorously develop cross-border live e-commerce, integrate AI technologies such as virtual anchors, real-time multilingual translation, intelligent product recommendation, improve the service system of "anchor incubation - product connection - traffic operation - cross-border fulfilment"; optimize the functions of Hainan EF accounts, promote the construction of China Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Experimental Zone. In line with national policies, further deepen the opening up of value-added telecommunications services to the outside world, expand business scale in a timely manner, support the construction of international intelligent computing centers, develop offshore data business, and explore new modes of semantic export services.
