Anke Innovation announced that the company is currently in the process of applying for the issuance of overseas listed foreign capital shares and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company recently received a "Notification on the Overseas Issuance and Listing of Anke Innovation Technology Co., Ltd." from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The notification shows that the company plans to issue no more than 68,508,900 million shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
