Five major river basins carry out artificial breeding and release, and ecological fish passages facilitate the migration of rare fish species.

Today is World Environment Day, and many places in our country are carrying out a series of activities around the theme of "comprehensive green transformation, building a beautiful China". Among them, the Jinsha River, Yalong River, Lancang River and other five major river basins have launched fish restocking activities. It is understood that not only in the upper reaches of the Jinsha River, but also in many places across the country, a synchronized water biological restocking movement has been initiated. In the Yalong River, Lancang River, middle reaches of the Yarlung Tsangpo River, Gan River and other river basins, various types of local fish fry are being released according to local conditions, using artificial reproduction methods to protect aquatic biodiversity and maintain the ecological balance of the river basin.
